Hello everyone - I'm Hannah and I am an Art Psychotherapist. Within therapy I aim to create a safe and healing environment to support clients move from surviving to truly living. Sometimes finding the right words to communicate can be really hard so we will use art as an aid for communication. You don't have to be 'good' at art to do art therapy - if you enjoy being creative in any way, shape or foam - You might find art therapy is the right fit for you.
