What to expect in a session

Each session is allocated for one hour. Your experience will depend on what you wish to explore. We begin with a check-in and discussion, which may lead directly into art-making, or continue with conversation before transitioning to creative work. Towards the end, typically no less than five minutes before the hour concludes, we engage in 'tidy up time' to bring a safe and mindful conclusion to your session.
